How does online coaching work?
Online coaching is a really great way to access life, career or voice coaching from wherever you are in the world. It is really very effective.
In three sessions you can make good progress toward your goals. In six sessions you’ll be ready to face the world! You can always dip your toe in with a single session if you’d like to see how coaching works for you!
Step1
Book a package or make an enquiry
If you are ready you can go ahead and book your package straight online. If you’d like to discuss what you’d like to work on, get in touch by with phone or email and I’ll let you know how I can help and how many session will fit your aims.
Step 2
Arrange your first session
Shortly after you book your package I’ll be in touch to arrange your first online session at a time to suit you. The schedule is arranged in such a way to maximise availability.
Step 3
Receive your personalised questionnaire
A couple of days prior to your coaching you will receive your online pre-coaching questionnaire. This will help get your coaching off to a good start and we will also use it later on in the process to ensure you are getting what you want from the process
Step 4
Your initial session
In your initial session we will talk through your aims and our approach. Then we will get to work right away - creating the future you deserve!
Once you have completed a six session programme, you are welcome to come back at any time for a series of sessions or indeed a single one off session. Whatever happens in life, from here on in I’m your coach and here whenever you need me!
