Allow me to Introduce myself…

I am a professional life coach, business & career coach and also a fully qualified voice coach. I work with individuals and businesses who want to change things for the better. My reward is seeing clients make that positive change they have been waiting for. I’m passionate about what I do and work from a client centred perspective. In terms of coaching that means that everybody I work with is treated as the individual they are. Everything about the coaching is tailored around you, the techniques, the pace and the solutions. That’s why it works.

Career & business coaching

I’m an EMCC Master coach. On a one to one basis my career coaching clients include board members of international banks, directors of major media companies alongside some fantastic minds and creatives setting out on their journey or carving a new path. Every stage of a career comes with its own challenges and opportunities. I pride myself on building the connection and understanding required to click in and quickly make a difference.

I have plenty of personal business experience to draw upon having worked at a senior level in strategy and communications and am a qualified Prince2 project manager. Looking from a company perspective I am experienced at developing innovative training for businesses. I have designed and delivered courses for the likes of Saatchi & Saatchi, Havas Media, Wartsilla and News UK.

Life coaching

A qualified NLP Master Practitioner, trained in hypnosis and timeline techniques, I have twelve years experience helping clients overcome obstacles, deal with stress, move forward and get what they want out of life. I am lucky that much of my work comes through recommendation - its imperative to me that as a client, you get what you want and need.

When change happens it tends to happen quickly, its the being stuck that takes up lots of time. As such you may only need a handful of session to get to where you wanted. Life is never static though and once you are a client you are welcome to come back whenever you need. I’m always on hand to support and help you move on. I work in many different areas within life coaching including anxiety and stress, confidence, successfully overcoming fears and phobias, dealing with guilt , along with all of the other challenges that make us human! I am lucky to work with some wonderful clients helping them to achieve their personal and career goals or in their transition from being 'stuck' to moving forward once again.

Voice coaching

With an MA in Professional Voice Practice from Birmingham School of Acting in association with the RSC and a BA in Acting Studies from Manchester University I have a thorough working knowledge of voice and presentation - and all of the opportunities and pitfalls that go with them.

I cover most areas of the speaking voice, with particular success in helping people overcome their speaking fears or taking them from a passable performance to a memorable one - for all the right reasons! I also go into businesses and coach individuals and groups in presentations, voice skills, sales and performance coaching.

Dialect & voice for actors and productions

I regularly work with actors and professionals on dialect/accents and all aspects of voice for performance including text work, overcoming nerves and stage fright and presence. I have worked as a voice/accent coach and professional actress for theatres such as The Royal Court, London, The Orange Tree in Richmond, Birmingham Rep and The Yard, amongst many others. My theory is; If you can hear an accent, you can learn it!

Media work

I also work as an expert and contributor for print, media and TV in the field of voice, career coaching and personal change and am a regular contributing expert to Happiful magazine. I have one book published - 50 Ways To Be More Creative at Work, Bookboon.

Discretion is at the core of my ethos. And all coaching takes place in complete confidentiality. With my background in the arts, I have worked with several well known celebrities. I have also coached many individuals at the pinnacle of their professional careers, those who are in the public eye and also private individuals, to whom confidence matters. I am fully insured and belong to the following professional bodies; a Master Member of the EMCC, the ANLP, Equity & Prince.
