The way we use our voice can completely change how people perceive us and the message we get across. Its something we often take for granted, however as soon as we come under pressure, things can change. Our voice is a physical thing that is affected by our thoughts and emotions. Often the harder people ‘try’ the less it does what they want. However if we learn to understand the way our voice works on a physical level and combine that with the way our brain processes language, it is surprising how quickly we can make a significant change. Build into this the adapting of thought patterns and behaviours running in the background and the results can be transformative. Even someone with an extremely quiet voice, a particularly strong accent or a crippling fear can genuinely see a big improvement.

Frequency/Timescale

Packages can be taken intensively over one week, weekly or every two weeks to fit around your schedule. If you have a specific timeline to work to, just let me know.

Each online session is 50 minutes, face to face sessions are one hour. Sessions can be grouped together into a double or triple session if required.

This programme will guide you through personalised exercises and techniques allowing you to grow in confidence and really feel like you know what you are doing. The three session package will get you off to a good start, the six session package offers a more complete solution.

Clarity Programme

Do people keep asking you to repeat yourself? Finding it hard to get your message across? Whether its volume, ‘mumbling’ or a strong accent that’s the issue the Clarity programme can help.

In this programme we will assess and identify the areas that need work - specific to you, not out of a text book - and use techniques and exercises that will result in everyone being able to clearly hear you and take your message on board. In this package you will learn how to maximise your vocal potential, understand the way your voice works and how to make sure it and you perform at your best, dealing with any vocal and confidence issues along the way.

Power Session

2 hour session

The power session is a one off intensive session for those with time pressures or a specific goal in mind.

You might be needing to work on a particular speech you’ve already prepped for or you may have just had something come your way out of the blue that you need help with fast. Either way, we will get you through feeling stronger and more confident.

Advanced Speaker Programme

Three to Six sessions

You are probably someone who is already pretty good at public speaking and have done a fair bit of it. Now you are at that stage in your career - a bigger role, a new job or joining the board - that you are ready to go to the next level.

Depending on your timescales this programme can be delivered over six sessions or in three double sessions. By the end of which you will be audience-ready and raring to go! The three session package will offer a specific short term solution. six sessions will provide more thorough, ongoing support.

Bespoke Speaker Package

The bespoke speaker option is entirely built around you, your timescales and your needs.

If you are only in town for a day or two we can fit in with your schedule.

If you need us to come to you, wherever you are in the world, we can do that too*.

Bespoke speaker options can last anything from a few hours to several days. Let us know what you need and we will design something that will work for you. On site sessions happen at ouur office, off site at your chosen location.
