One to one coaching for your Leaders

Coaching at C-suite and Board level plays an essential part of every leader’s success. The higher the position, the more crucial it is that the individividual has the support and space to suceed. I help my clients perform at their very best with a person centred approach that is aligned with your business aims. Within the scope of the coaching we deal with business and team issues, communication and strategy alongside the personal elements, such as confidence, work life balance and stress management.

C-suite/ Board level - £1600 for 5 x 1 hour sessions

Senior level - £1300 for 5 x 1 hour sessions

Drop-in/ self-elect leader coaching - £1200 for 5 x 50 minute sessions

With drop-in coaching an amount of time is booked and participants take slots on a first come, first served basis on the day. With self-elect coaching participants have the opportunity to book their slot in advance, giving the greater potential for continuity and planning.

Prices above are for online sessions, face to face sessions can be arranged. Travel, travel days & accommodation outside of London will be charged at an additional cost.

Coaching for individuals within your Team

Your people are your business, they are also individuals who need to be supported as they navigate their way through their career with you. One to one coaching offers the space and time to resolve issues - both directly work related and personal. Within coaching we work through any manner of issues, challenges and opportunities. Specific areas can include dealing with stress at work, creating a balance between work and home life, confidence issues - including those that may have arisen as a result of internal proceedings and general wellbeing and emotional support.

Fees

Mid-level - £1150 for 5 x 1 hour sessions

Junior level - £950 for 5 x 1 hour sessions

Mixed level drop/ self-elect in coaching - £1050 for 5 x 50 minute sessions
