Individual coaching for your Teams

We work at every level within an organisation because we recognise that each communication contributes to the effectiveness and perception of your company. We work with Leadership teams to ensure that their message is confident, clear and engaging. We also work with up and coming teams who might have regular contact with your clients and represent your company on a day to day basis. We can come in and deliver a half or full day of one-to-one sessions, bringing each one of your team up to the level of professionalism and skill required for success in today’s market.

Group coaching for leaders and teams

Working in a group can provide learnings and insights that aren’t available in a one to one session. Seeing how others work, the mistakes they make and the learnings they discover is often invaluable and tend to stay with us for a long time to come. We develop courses that really deliver and address the needs of your leaders and teams. Every course is practical and outcome focussed. We work within all industires including - creative, financial, tech, industrial and media. We can transform the way that your teams deliver - getting the results you need. One day course - Covers the whole concept of the chosen area, experiencing different techniques, observing others and make valuable learnings

Programme - Delivered either on consecutive days or at designated intervals. Offers the opportunity for thorough, progressive and in-depth learnings. Covering full scope your delegates need to make significant shifts and deliver measurable outcomes.

Combined Coaching Solution - Group Coaching supported by Individual Sessions

This is the gold standard of coaching. If you are wanting to offer an industry leading coaching solution to your team the Combined Coaching Solution is the answer. The combination of individual and group coaching offers the most cohesive solution allowing each candidate to address their own specific needs, whilst also benefitting from the group context by gaining insight from others and as well as being able to practically use the techniques they are learning. Voice and presentation is an area where many have issues and requirements that may be unique to them. The one-2-one session allows the candidate to explore this area in a confidential and non-judgemental setting. Combining this with the group work can really lead to a transformative and significant change.

The minimum we suggest is one individual session per candidte followed by a group session in the day or days to come. This can be further tailored depending on the needs of your candidates.

As a guide one 50 minute individual session per person followed by a 1 day course for up to six candidates begins at just £2250 inclusive.*
