Lessen the Stress Programme

Three to Six sessions

Wherever you feel the stress has been coming from there will be a way to feel and see things differently. Stress takes away our energy and clamps down our thoughts. It can seem almost unbearable. It can also be very hard to talk about with friends or family. Many people say they just don’t feel like themselves anymore. instead they’ve been feeling angry, tearful or frustrated.

This package will give you the space to re-work the way you’ve been thinkng, change the way you feel and get a perspective on your situation. Once there we will get a stragey to move you forward in the very best way for you. Three sessions will get you off to a good start, six sessions will offer ongoing support.

Dealing with Anxiety Programme

Three to Six sessions

From panic attacks to frightening thoughts, anxiety can really affect the way that people behave socially and personally. It often comes with a strong feeling of overwhelm, inertia, panic or hopelessness.

In this course of sessions, we will uncover what has been fuelling the anxiety and learn to see things in a new light. From what the triggers are to where it might have come from in the first place.

You’ll learn techniques to deal with things day to day until you get to a point where your perceived levels of anxiety are much more manageable or even dissapated completely. Three sessions will get you off to a good start, six sessions will offer ongoing support.

Negative to Positive Programme

Three to Six sessions

Whatever negativity is going on in your life takes away from the time and energy you have to enjoy the good things in life. Negative feelings need to be rationalised and turn into negative thoughts. Negative thought brings about more negative feelings and so the cycle continues and often results in negative behaviour to ourselves and those around us. We can stop the cycle and change the way we think, feel and behave. This often results in the behaviour of those around us changing too.

If you are bombarding yourself with negative self talk, are in a negative situation you want to get out of or have feelings of guilt that you want to let go of, the Negative to Positive programme will help you move on in a healthy, happy way. Three sessions will get you off to a good start, six sessions will offer ongoing support.

Fears & Phobias One Off Session

2-2.5 hours, single session

Phobias and acute fears can be debilitating once they kick in. They can stop people from doing things they enjoy in an attempt to avoid the trigger. It often has a wider impact on friends and family too.

Whatever you have been afraid of - flying, stage fright or any other kind of fear, it can be overcome, even if its been in the background for years.

You will be able to overcome your fear so long as the need to overcome is worth more to you than holding on to it.

Please note that this single session is designed to deal with a single phobia. Though this will often have an impact on other linked phobias/ anxieties, you may need a second session if there is more than one fear to deal with.

Bespoke Wellbeing Coaching

As designed for you

The bespoke wellbeing option is entirely built around you, your timescales and your needs.

It may be that you have a profile and need us to come to you for that extra layer of confidentiality.* We do great work with helping those in the spotlight deal with anxiety fears and negativity too.

Perhaps you might only be in London for a short time and want to use the opportunity to leave feeling positive and stress free.

Maybe you just feel you need a one-off session to reset and be yourself again.

With the bespoke option you can have what you want - you might be surprised by how quickly things can shift.

Fee - From £225 for 2 hrs online

£525 for 2 hours at client’s address*

*Providing this can be achieved in a Covid secure manner
